SECTION 1 - APPOINTMENTS
When booking an appointment with us via our booking system Fresha you agree to our booking policy. Walk-in clients are more than welcome to stop by anytime; however, to guarantee you will be served at your desired dates and times, booking in advance is strongly recommended. All appointments will be asked to confirm with card. We have zero access to your card information, the card is only to secure your appointment slot and to cover us from any no show's or last minute cancelations is the only time your card will be charged. All services must be paid at the front desk, we do not charge your card via our booking system. Appointments can be made via our booking system Fresha, our website and over the phone.
late policy: After 15 minutes your appointment will be put as a NO SHOW and you'll have to reschedule your appointment.
no shows: We understand things happen. We try our best to work with clients, but the 30% fee will be charged if you don't show up to your appointment.
cancelation/rescheduling: Your appointment must be canceled or reschedule 48hrs before your appointment time or else a 10% fee will be charged to your card.
